ONLINE RETURNS

Not for you? Or just a change of heart? No worries. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NIC+ZOE, thus we will accept your return or make an exchange within 30 days of your online purchase for eligible items. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached.

NIC+ZOE'S HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (ONLINE)

For any orders placed between November 14, 2024 through December 14, 2024 NIC+ZOE will extend our standard return window through January 15, 2025.

For any orders placed December 15, 2024 and later our usual 30-day window for eligible items will apply.

All items marked as FINAL SALE at time of purchase are ineligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit on any return attempted outside of this window, or if the item(s) returned are not in original condition, damaged or worn. Nicandzoe.com cannot accept any items that were purchased in NIC+ZOE stores or from other retailers. Any such item returned to NIC+ZOE cannot be mailed back to sender.

Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing upon receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Any Reward points acquired during the purchase of a returned product will be deducted upon the crediting of any product return.

U.S. Returns

For your convenience and for better tracking, please use our online return form. There is a $10.00 shipping fee per package with the use of our pre-paid label. For exchanges, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee.


EXCHANGES

At this time we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges, but we are happy to assist you with placing a new order in a different size or color, and provide a free return label and replacement shipping. Please contact us Monday - Friday 9am-5pm ET.

IN-STORE RETURNS

NIC+ZOE'S RETAIL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (IN-STORE)

We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit on any return attempted outside of this window, or if the item(s) returned are not in original condition, damaged or worn. Nicandzoe.com cannot accept any items that were purchased in NIC+ZOE stores or from other retailers. Any such item returned to NIC+ZOE cannot be mailed back to sender.

In stores, we are happy to accept your unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. An exchange or refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be given for the purchase price on the original receipt. Without a receipt, the return will be refunded at the current selling price and issued as a store credit. Merchandise purchased at a discount of 50% or more off the original retail price will be FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

For your convenience, items purchased at nicandzoe.com can be returned to any NIC+ZOE boutique when accompanied by a customer’s Order Confirmation email with you at the time of return. Only products purchased directly from a NIC+ZOE boutique or online at nicandzoe.com are accepted for in store returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders purchased using PayPal or ZIP deferred payments cannot be returned to our NIC+ZOE stores at this point in time, please refer to the online return instructions above.

International Returns

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen logistical challenges, we are no longer able to process international returns. All existing international orders will be considered final sale. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
